Junior: 9 years and under as of September 1, 2011
Senior: 10 – 16 years as of September 1, 2011
Class
- Vocal numbers (solo, duet, trio, or quartet including comic songs)
- Instrumental numbers (piano, violin or other instrument (solo, duet, trio or quartet))
- Specialty numbers (dancing, juggling, whistling, recitation or other numbers of entertainment value)
Specialty Class
A specialty class for children under 5 years of age. In our opinion, all participants of this class are winners and will receive $2.00 each after their performance. This class will not be judged.
General Rules
- Competitors select their own numbers, which should have good entertainment value.
- Each entry is to consist of one selection only, be it a song, dance or recitation, etc. to a maximum of 3 minutes in duration.
- For duet, trio or quartet entries submit only one form giving the names and addresses of all performers.
- Competitors may not perform more than one number.
- Competitors 16 years of age and under will be admitted free to the Amateur show.
- The adjudicator’s decision is final on all matters relating to any adjudication.
- A piano and 2 microphones are supplied. This year we will also supply a cassette / CD player. Contestants are responsible for supplying any other instruments, accompaniment or background music and media.
- Prizes are $10.00, $ 8.00, $6.00 in each class and $2.00 to each participant not placed in class prizes.

Although a professional sound system is supplied by MMC Productions, we recommend avoiding cassette taped music if possible as it tends to amplify into less than quality sound and this may impact a contestant’s performance.
