- Contestants must be 4 – 7 years of age at time of competition.
- Entrants must live within a 20 kilometre radius of Ilderton.
- Contestants will be asked to appear on stage giving their name, age, and what they like most about the Ilderton Fair.
- Winners will be drawn on the night of the Ambassador competition.
- Winners must be available Fair Day to ride in the parade and make a few appearances at special events during fair day.
